Mexico-- bunuelos

!Hola! ?Como estas?
I really hate to see this week go...because my family loves their Mexican food! This morning for breakfast we decided to make these yummy balls of fried dough. Bunuelos can also be in a shape of a thin disc...covered in cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar. Let me let you in on a little secret you may already know...use a can of biscuit dough if you want to save time. Just as good. Also, when coating the fried dough balls with sugar, use a paper lunch sack and shake. EASY! Of course you know these will be a hit with everyone in the family.



Cole got to pick the country for next week.......ENGLAND!
